If you are considering using our program and haven’t before, you probably have a lot of questions about how it works. We hope to familiarize you with the process here.
Spiritwear items for your school can be purchased in bulk or through our individual order form program. Using our order form program is risk free. There are no minimum orders — you can order one or one hundred; it’s up to you.
If you have not received an order form you can simply request one from our website. Follow the steps below:
- Choose your school, club, group, or sport for a custom order form.
- Fill out the form under the example with:
- Your school/association name
- School board/region
- A direct line of contact (please do not list the school secretary or general office line)
- We will send you a customized order form with your mascot, school name and team colours.
- Fill the options on the form. Students can mix and match the items and logos and customize each item with their name, number, club, etc.
You will receive sizing samples to ensure that your final products are correctly fitted. Nothing beats seeing, touching, and feeling the product. Certain cresting options such as tackle twill and embroidery are not perfectly depicted in the order form. Samples of all logos and full sizing set of the items are provided to you at no cost.
After you run the program please put the sizing samples into the packaging they came in and leave them in your schools office. Please contact us with your school name and address and will have them picked up by a courier at our expense.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How many items do I have to order?
A: You can order as little or as much as you want; order quantity will not change or affect the price per item, as shown on the order form.
Q: Are you board approved?
A: We are an approved retailer with most school boards in Ontario (but not all). If the students themselves are purchasing items the process is not subject to ministry or board approval. You may decide your own involvement as a teacher or a parent. We often serve orders that are organized and placed entirely by students and student groups.
Q: What’s in it for me? Perks?
A: Along with the super-cool, low-price, completely-custom product, we also offer fundraising options. We can provide you with a fundraising order form at your request.
Q: What if I have my own logo and want an order form with my logo instead of the options shown?
A: Simply reply to the order form e-mail we you with an attached logo and we’ll send you a new order form. In certain cases, graphics/logos may have to be altered to fit within budget, so you may get a mock up of your logo with different pricing options before receiving the new order form.
Q: There’s a typo on my order form, will the product arrive exactly as shown?
A: While we will make changes to the product if there is a mistake or discrepancy we would prefer that you allow us to correct the order form before you submit your order.
Q: How long does it take?
A: Every order is different, but if your order is especially time sensitive, we will always do our best to make it happen! In order to help us fulfill your needs before your big game or event, be sure to let us know of the date when placing your order.
